Working with Emily was a fantastic experience. She was always incredibly responsive, never pushed us towards anything, was always very thorough in explaining the many, many documents we received, and worked entirely with our timeline and needs. She and her husband, Dave, are also very knowledgeable about pointing out concerns regarding the building of houses. They were also very gracious and helped us set up times to go back and visit the house we ended up purchasing a number of times during the process, so that we could take proper appliance measurements, hold paint swabs up to the walls, etc. But most of all, my wife and I knew we could trust her to go to bat for us. We never felt pressured into any of the properties that we went to look at, which was nice. When we finally found the property that we wanted to put an offer in on, Dave and Emily got the offer put together right after my wife and I left the lot, even though they were out of state at a conference. Timely response and action go a long way, especially in today’s market, so having that support was for sure a key factor in our successful experience.
